Terms of Service - The Fountain 100-Day Intensive Writing Program

By registering for 100 Days to Your Full Draft you agree to the following terms:

No Refund Policy: Due to the limited nature of this intensive and the personalized resources allocated to each participant, we do not offer refunds for any reason once you have registered. Your payment secures your spot in the program and is non-transferable.

Program Access and Participation

Access Period: Your access to course materials, recordings, and the online community will continue for 30 days after the program concludes. In addition, you will receive access to a PDF of all course materials once the intensive concludes.
Live Sessions: While we encourage participation in the live Zoom sessions, we understand scheduling conflicts may arise. All sessions will be recorded and made available within 48 hours.
Technical Requirements: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have adequate internet connection and compatible devices for accessing the program materials and Zoom sessions.

Intellectual Property

Course Materials: All materials provided as part of this intensive, including Clearings, prompts, recordings, and written materials, are the intellectual property of The Fountain and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
Your Content: You retain all rights to the creative work you produce during this intensive. The Fountain makes no claim to your manuscript or other creative outputs.
Sharing: While we encourage discussion about the program concepts, sharing or distributing program materials with non-participants is strictly prohibited.
ZOOM sessions will be recorded and available to participants only

Community Standards

Respectful Environment: Participants agree to maintain a supportive and respectful environment in all program spaces, including Zoom calls and community forums.
Confidentiality: Stories, personal information, and creative work shared by other participants during the program should be treated as confidential.
Accountability Partners: While we facilitate accountability partnerships, The Fountain is not responsible for the quality or consistency of these peer relationships.

Program Modifications

Curriculum Changes: The Fountain reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the curriculum, schedule, or delivery methods as needed.
Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, technology failures, instructor illness, etc.), we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Results: While we have designed this program based on neuroscience principles and creative practice, individual results will vary. We make no guarantees regarding the quality, completion, or market success of any manuscript produced during this intensive.
Health Disclaimer: The Clearings and meditation practices offered are not substitutes for professional mental health services. Participants with concerns about their mental health should consult appropriate healthcare providers.

Limitation of Liability

The Fountain's liability is limited to the amount paid for program registration. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the program.
